I practice yoga and meditation since 13 years. I'm on my way to become a yoga teacher. My area of study is management and psychology at HEC Montreal, creative writing at Concordia University, entrepreneurship at University of Quebec (Teluq) and Hatha Yoga at Sathyam Yoga School. Consultant within IT and business projects in Montreal, cumulating 10 years of experience.
