I am an experienced baker and cake decorator with 8 years experience. I love baking and decorating cakes and am always exploring new techniques and designs.
I specialise in modern designs and I am also always upgrading my own skills.
I have a passion for cake decorating and I have made well over 200 cakes and have attended many courses both home and abroad.

I love baking and cake decorating and this comes across in my teaching and sharing knowledge.
My lessons are practical, and I teach by showing you what to do as well as watching you do it yourself. This way you are able to learn by doing it rather than just watching.
I also explain the theory behind each step.
Cake decorating is an art and I encourage my students develop their artistic skills and create their own styles.
