About Eden
I'm a Software Developer with a Physics & Philosophy BSc (1st-class) from the University of Leeds, and 3 years' experience tutoring Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Computer Programming.
My varied intellectual background in Physics, Philosophy and Computer Science gives me a unique approach to my lessons. I can break core concepts down intuitively, while demonstrating the applied, real world applications of different topics.
I aim to build up my students' confidence and passion for their subjects, to work from first principles so they really understand and enjoy the topics. Being highly adaptive, I can always find the appropriate way to explain a concept in line with how a specific student learns.
I have extensive experience working with SEND children, including those with Autism and ADHD, bringing a lot of patience and conscientiousness to my teaching style.
