About Katherine
I hope this email finds you well. I saw your advertisement for instructors on Indeed.com and I’d love to put myself forward for the role.
I am an experienced yoga teacher having taught independently in Interior BC to both large groups of up to 40 people and one-on-one private lessons. I also have over five years' experience teaching downhill skiing, as well as training other instructors to develop their teaching skills. As such, I am familiar with various learning styles and tailor my teaching appropriately and my background also makes me familiar with common sports injuries that may affect students.
Currently I am in Vancouver whilst studying Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and as such, I am flexible with my schedule.

I offer classes for all abilities and learning styles. My vast experience in teaching has developed my ability to successfully tailor lessons to each individual. My classes are very student focused.
I'm friendly, approachable, down-to-earth. I pride myself in being an excellent communicator and I have a natural enthusiasm.
My main objectives of teaching yoga are: fun and form. I also have a fantastic playlist!
