About Rosie
I am an experienced tutor with two years of previous tutoring experience, both on line and face-to-face. I have tutored English literature and language to GCSE and A-Level students, and I have helped primary school students in preparing for their SATs exams. I am also studying French, and I have tutored a number of students in French too. I have just returned from my university year abroad, where I was teaching English as a foreign language to French students!

I base my lessons on the individual needs of every student I teach. I am open with the student about their goals and I give them the realistic support to help them achieve their highest potential. I plan my lessons using exam board information and past exam papers, because I believe practice makes perfect and exam writing is an essential skill for academic success. However, I also know that going back to basics is just as essential, so I work to improve students' abilities in reading, writing and grammar to improve their overall English skills. This is not just for exam skills, but for success in future professional life.
