About Greg
I am a passionate Biology tutor with over 3 years of teaching experience and an MSc in Immunology. Biology has always inspired me because it explains the relationships between living organisms and their environments. One area that fascinates me deeply is marine biology and oceanography. The oceans are filled with complex ecosystems that support a vast diversity of life.
In my lessons, I often explore marine ecosystems, ocean currents, and the delicate balance that sustains ocean life. I also discuss the effects of human activities such as pollution, climate change, and overfishing. These topics help students understand how biology connects to real environmental challenges. To make learning engaging, I use documentaries and visual resources that reveal the hidden world beneath the ocean surface.
Case studies are an important part of my teaching. Students investigate coral reef ecosystems and the remarkable adaptations of deep-sea organisms. These examples help explain how life survives in unique and extreme marine environments. I guide students carefully as they analyze how these ecosystems function.
My goal is to help students understand the complexity of marine environments while building strong biological knowledge. Together, we can explore how biology helps us protect and preserve our oceans.

My teaching approach focuses on building a clear and practical understanding of Biology. I guide students step by step so complex ideas about the human body become easier to understand. My lessons often include human anatomy and physiology, organ systems, disease mechanisms, and basic medical terminology. These topics help students understand how different body systems work together to maintain health.
I frequently use diagrams, labeled illustrations, and visual explanations to make lessons more effective. Visual learning helps students clearly understand organs, tissues, and biological processes. Case studies are also used to explain how diseases affect different systems of the body. These real examples help connect theory with real biological situations.
I work especially well with students who enjoy laboratory science and the chemistry behind health and wellness. My lessons are designed to support those preparing for careers related to health and life sciences. Each session is structured to build confidence and strong scientific thinking.
The goal is to help students develop a deeper appreciation for how the human body functions. With time, they gain both knowledge and confidence in biological concepts.
