About Ami
I have a lot of experience in teaching kids (aged 8-14), I had 11 private students, 3 of them were adults and 7 of them were long-term students for 11 months. I'm opened to teach adults, university-students as well. During my 1,5 year teaching period I have met many different students and with some healthily strict attitude I could achieve success with all of them. I was a tutor in China as well for 3 months teaching English, so I understand the most common mistakes European/western language learners make while speaking Chinese, and Chinese language learners make while learning western languages (English, Hungarian,German).

I'm a language teacher with a 1,5 year teaching experience. Because of my Chinese origins, I can understand Chinese language and culture well and as a multilingual person I understand the exciting challenges that process of language acquisition makes us to face with. I speak four very different languages that helped me understand that learning a language also means we need to understand a completely different way of thinking. I love to teach grammar and spoken Chinese since these are fields I feel confident in. My students are usually 8-14 years old but I've already had a 39-year-old pupil as well. :)
