French tutoring by a native French speaker with a degree in literature and a certification in pedagogy - London-based, all levels

Carmen was recommended to me by one of her pupils to improve my French conversation level. I think Carmen is a trustworthy tutor as she has an incredible interest in languages and is extremely proficient in that field. She is fun and serious but above all she is willing to go the extra step to make you understand the language grammar, common mistakes or idioms. She has a wide range of interests (foreign politics, traveling, music, art, cinema, …) from which she takes inspiration for conversational topics. It was particularly interesting talking about French politics and Korean cinematography.

Carmen came recommended. It’s been a joy learning from her! She speaks slowly and clearly, and really explains the grammar. She’s also patient and friendly so I’ve never felt uncomfortable making mistakes. Highly recommend!
