About Kaila
Hi! My name is Kaila Hotova and I am a young student who has been studying French since 14 years old. There’s no too late time to start! The Canadian French System in early childhood isn’t always the best, and many kids don’t learn the skills they hope to :(( . That’s why I’m here to help build foundations for your Newly French Speaking kiddos!

What I teach:
- I usually teach children from an A1 to B2 level
- I can teach primary students from the ages 5 to 12 (starting from scratch!)
-I teach the main two verbs (être, avoir) for an intro to conjugating, and I teach 3-4 different verb tenses (passé composé, futur simple, conditionnel, et imparfait)! My classes may be not done in the traditional order of learning verb tenses, but it will make connections easier!
- Early beginners will start with flashcards and sentences on weather, time, clothes, and etc. When taught the main être and avoir, I will teach them to become confident in their French writing—they will summarize simple videos. For intermediate or more fast-paced learning, I will teach other students by following a booklet.. asking to write journals.. do fun kahoots.. and make fun projects!
