About Ivy
My interest in French began with a passion for languages and communication. This led me to complete a Bachelor’s in French Language, where I developed strong knowledge of grammar and pronunciation. Over the past 6 years, I have helped students learn French in a structured and simple way that builds confidence and fluency.
I believe language learning should be clear, interactive, and consistent. My teaching approach focuses on speaking practice, simple explanations, and regular revision. I encourage students to practice daily, ask questions, and build confidence step by step.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring different cultures and improving language skills. This helps me bring fresh and engaging ideas into my lessons. Teaching French is very meaningful to me because I see students grow from beginners to confident speakers. Helping them develop strong communication skills and confidence is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

Learning French becomes easier when students practice regularly and understand how the language is used in everyday communication. In my lessons, I focus on vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, sentence structure, and conversation using simple and clear explanations. I break each concept into smaller steps so students can follow comfortably without confusion. I also include dialogues, listening exercises, and real-life examples to make lessons more engaging and practical. Each session is interactive and supportive, helping students build confidence while learning step by step in a comfortable environment.
As students progress, lessons are adjusted based on their level and learning needs. Beginners focus on basic vocabulary, pronunciation, and simple sentences. Intermediate learners work on grammar, conversations, and comprehension skills. Advanced students focus on fluency, writing, and advanced communication. I provide regular speaking practice, exercises, and feedback to ensure steady improvement and strong understanding of the language.
French helps students develop communication skills and cultural awareness. As they improve, they become more confident in expressing ideas clearly and naturally. These skills are useful for travel, education, and career opportunities. My goal is to make French simple, practical, and engaging so students feel confident using the language effectively in real-life situations with clarity, accuracy, and independence while continuing to improve steadily.
