I am a French native speaker from Paris. I have studied language teaching, English, and German at Sorbonne University and now teach French in a Gymnasium in Cologne. I am also experienced in teaching French, as I have been giving private lessons for 5 years in Paris, in London, and now in Cologne.

I have been teaching French for many years and have learned many foreign languages myself which I continue to learn. So I know what it means to learn a foreign language! I studied French teaching at the Sorbonne University and worked with both school students and adults. My lessons are based on adapting to the learner's profile. In the first lesson, we will determine the learner's expectations to know how she or he wishes to continue learning or start learning French. This gives learners the opportunity to focus on specific points. Among other things, we can focus on grammar, pronunciation, reading comprehension, or reducing their accent. I do not base my teaching on textbooks but on texts and excerpts of real-life speech in French-speaking countries.
