Part of why she wants to work with students with special needs is that she believes that every child should be given the time and support they need in order to learn. This means that Adebisi does not fret or get angry when a student seems to be taking longer than they should to grasp a skill. I have seen her spend months supporting fourth graders who are reading on first- and second-grade levels, and she never seems to run out of patience, hope, or kindness. Her students and their families sense this about her, and it is a big part of what makes her so beloved as a French tutor.
