About Anna
While I have not had any professional experience as such, I have experience tutoring a student in my secondary school at GCSE French, as well as another at maths. Despite being informal tutoring, both students gained greater confidence in their abilities and did well in their exams. I am currently in my second year studying French and Russian at the University of Birmingham, and I love every aspect of both my languages. I have a passion for the French language and French culture and wish to help as many people as possible appreciate it.

In my lessons I will start by asking the students what they feel their strengths and weaknesses are in French and then develop their abilities by focusing on weaker areas. This may involve more focus on spoken French, written French or reading comprehension and listening skills. I will also email my student fun activities and articles tailored to their interests in order to inspire them about their subject and learn the syllabus for their exams in order to help them to the best of their abilities. Enjoyable learning teaches students the best.
