About Laurel
I have just finished my undergraduate degree in French and Linguistics at the University of York in which I was awarded a First Class Honours. As part of my degree, I lived in Paris for a year, enabling me to practice my language and immerse myself in the culture.
I have experience teaching languages to primary school aged children and it is something that I thoroughly enjoy doing as I am passionate about foreign languages.

I have already worked as a tutor in a variety of settings and I have tutored both French to English students and English to French students. My techniques include playing games to immerse the students in the language and teaching as much as possible in the target language. A typical lesson with me would last one hour. I can cater to students of KS1, KS2 and GCSE levels.
