About Maëlle
I am a French student currently studying in Canada, and I have always had a strong academic background, particularly in French and Mathematics.
In France, I obtained my **Baccalauréat (French high school diploma)**, a national examination taken at the end of high school and required to enter university. I received **19/20 in Mathematics and 18/20 in French**, as well as **18/20 in the French oral examination**. These grades reflect both my strong academic skills and my ability to communicate and explain ideas clearly.
After high school, I completed a **two-year “Classe Préparatoire” (CPGE)**, a highly demanding and selective academic program in France that prepares students for competitive university and business school entrance examinations. My program had a strong focus on Mathematics, but also included **French literature, philosophy, history, and general culture**, which allowed me to develop strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
I have always enjoyed reading and have a genuine interest in literature, which is something I like to share with students when helping them with French. I am also very comfortable with Mathematics and enjoy finding simple and understandable ways to explain concepts that may initially seem difficult.

I am a patient, caring, and enthusiastic person who really enjoys helping students learn and improve. I believe that every student has their own way of learning, so I always try to adapt my explanations to their level, personality, and needs.
As a tutor, my goal is not only to help students complete their homework, but also to make sure they truly understand what they are doing and gain confidence in their abilities. I like to create a relaxed and positive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.
I can help middle and high school students with both French and Mathematics, whether they need regular support, help with specific topics, or preparation for exams. I am patient and willing to explain things in different ways until the student finds the one that works best for them.
