About Michael
I have experience working with clients with varying goals and ambitions. Although many of my clients look to lose weight, tone up or just get healthier, I have also worked with clients who wish to train as preparation for a sport/event, such as young aspiring athletes, marathon runners and also those who are in need of some rehabilitation work. I have experience in special populations too from working with post natal, disabled, teenage and elderly clients.
I have also trained clients with current or previous health issues and muscle/joint problems, for example, returning to exercise after a heart attack, correcting lower back problems including lordosis and kyphosis, IT band injuries, increasing the strength and flexibility of weak joints such as rotator cuff injuries, and much more. Furthermore, I have worked in numerous gyms so am able to incorporate that experience together with my past footballing regime, to create exciting and effective workouts for clients.
