About Lily
I am an incoming fourth year student at the University of St Andrews. Since I love travelling and experiencing education in different cultures, I undertook an exchange placement at a Canadian University. This has enabled me to experience different approaches to teaching and develop an understanding of what works and what doesn't.
I love working with children and have previously worked as an activity leader at an international summer school which specialised in teaching English to international students. In a classroom setting, I developed skills in teaching English to students of greatly varying abilities.

Having tutored at the level of both GCSE and A Level, to multiple students of varying abilities, I know how beneficial the right support can be.
I am specialising in English Literature at the University of St Andrews. Entering my fourth and final year, having previously attained 3 A*'s at A Levels, I believe I am in the position to help your child excel.
I create bespoke learning materials for each child I tutor and provide the option to set additional work which I am very happy to mark and provide feedback on. In the past this has been the focus of sessions with a child who was completing their coursework module.
I am open to tutoring students of any level and ability.
