About Anna
I'm a third-year undergraduate student in the Bienen School of Music at Northwestern University, and I've held private voice and piano lessons for middle school students throughout the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic. I'm also well-versed in music theory from ABRSM certification (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music), and I've successfully completed my college level music schooling thus far with honors on the Dean's List. I'm very enthusiastic about music, and helping others understand it the way I struggled to for years. I've learned that it is all really about just finding your own method of conceptualizing sound, I am happy to walk students through their own interpretation!

I provide personalized lessons with unique approaches to music theory that will help students understand concepts and why music is the way it is over rote memorization! This helps students to understand the music they perform in a more holistic way, and therefore appreciate the beauty of it! My lessons are aimed for K-12 students at any music theory level.
