Having achieved a 2:1 degree in history, and a Distinction PGCE, I pride myself on motivating all of my students to achieve their very best! I love working with young people, and I believe 1:1 tuition can have a brilliant impact on outcomes. I currently offer History up to A Level and English to primary and KS3. I approach all lessons by considering the individual needs of my students, as well as the qualification specifications. I can focus on either knowledge acquisition, or exam/writing technique depending on your preference! Lessons typically last an hour. I have experience teaching in schools to 11-18 year olds, and I am happy to tutor towards specific qualifications or more general knowledge, taking into account what is being studied at school. Lessons are always personalised, with feedback given at each stage.
