About Tatyanna
I was an average weight in high school, but when I left I suddenly became massively overweight. I didn't know how to eat or what to eat and I let food control my life. I tried millions of weight loss diets before I finally figured out how to lose and then maintain a healthy weight.

My teaching method varies with each client. I will, however, provide a detailed analysis of what you should be eating and your daily goals. I will also provide you with the support you need in a weekly or daily check in (depending on what you feel you need). I am able to provide quick and easy recipes that helped me with weight loss and will also help you.
