About Olivia
I am a former IB student who received an SAT score of 1490 and an ACT score of 34. With a Montessori upbringing and a 4000-word extended essay under my belt, I bring a number of tools to the table. I have taught writing for two years and feel that I have a growing understanding of teaching methods that stimulate lifelong skills and formulas for strong essays.

I am a high school graduate and willing to teach anyone of high school level or below (particularly those prepping for the ACT or SAT). I feel that teaching tips and formulas for essays and then applying them to predetermined prompts is the easiest way to create lifelong skills for writing essays. I feel that the key aspect of tutoring is creating motivation for the student to learn. I want to not only be a teacher, but a friend.
