About Simon
I served 12 years as a Royal Marines Commando and have always been interested in Physical Training from a young age. Since leaving the Royal Marines in 2015 I have gained my personal training qualifications and studied fitness as a whole, however, my passion is bodybuilding.

My teaching method is 80% practical, 20% theory. I wouldn't make any student of mine male or female do anything they were uncomfortable doing or anything that I wouldn't do myself. I like to push my clients hard and get results which makes both you and me feel good. I'm not a nutritionist but i can definitely tell you what you should or should not be eating to help with you goal and also which supplements will support your goal.

I highly recommend Simon to help you achieve your fitness goals. He is knowledgeable, sets achievable goals and was by my side every step of the way. My muscle mass has increased so much in just 3 months as i now understand what i need to do to gain size!
Simon is the best PT I've ever had. I've worked with about 6 and i just couldn't find anyone who was caring and patient enough or didn't talk to me using lingo i did not understand. He talks to you like you're a real person and explains things simply. Helped me lose over 2 stone after giving birth and gave me back my confidence.
