I met Shannon as a shy student in my 7th grade math class. She was an A plus student. The second semester she chose to be a teacher assistant for me as her elective. The next year she got special permission to be my assistant again. She did everything I asked her to do whether it was running papers, grading quizzes or tutoring. Because her mother was a fellow teacher, Shannon was in my classroom early each morning and stayed until I left each afternoon. When she moved across the street to the high school, she continued to come and help me every day and teacher workday. Before she finished high school, I retired in February. Shannon continued to come assist and enabled the students to have a successful transition. She helped the teacher with the required computer use and lesson preparations.
I would recommend Shannon for anything she puts her mind to do!
