About Merci
I am a math higher educational professional, w/ 15 yrs experience at college level, 10 yrs at middle/HS level and 15 yrs tutoring, both in math and Spanish. I've taught individuals and typical classroom size groups. During my teaching career, I've taught more than 1,000 students, mostly high school or college level, but also beginner adults.

I've taught a diverse spectrum of students, from elementary school children to professionals who want to include Spanish as a job skill. Each course depends on the goals of the student (improve grades; pass a comprehensive test; reach Spanish clientele). In 1-on-1 tutoring, I determine first the present level of student and areas to correct before starting the tutoring. Sometimes, it's a once-&-done session to be able to complete a course.

Payment in cash for the first month of lessons. Cancellations the same day as expected lesson count as a lesson. If student required I teach at their home, $5 per lesson will be added to price.
