Excellent! A lesson was confirmed, but it never took place and I wasn’t informed beforehand. Afterward, I received an apology and an explanation about connectivity issues, which I appreciated. However, although another lesson was suggested, my follow-up messages were never answered. I would have appreciated clearer and more consistent communication throughout the process.
