About Deniz
Hi, I'm Deniz, a retired professional swimmer with a 17-year career. I represented Turkey in numerous international competitions and was a student-athlete in the USA competed in NCAA and specialized in sprint butterfly and IM.
I'm enthusiastic about sharing my passion for swimming, tailored to the student's needs—whether it's for a fun time playing in the water, overcoming fears, or pursuing a competitive edge to swim faster.
Based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, I am available to teach in private or public pools and can conduct lessons in both English and Turkish.

I bring four years of experience in childcare and providing swim lessons to kids, introducing them to the water and nurturing a love for swimming. I ensure a fun and safe environment while helping them learn the basics of swimming and strokes.
Additionally, I specialize in coaching young athletes, emphasizing drills, refining techniques, enhancing speed for improved overall performance, and offering mental coaching. Complementing this, I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology to support the mental aspect of coaching. Drawing from my professional background, I am also happy to assist with the nutritional and fitness aspects of sports
