Plenty of real-world experience and a published catalog of music brings real relevance to my lessons. As a former public school band director, I also bring experience in teaching all ages and multiple skill levels. My approach to teaching practical fundamentals means putting real skills to practice almost immediately without first getting bogged down in theory. Theory, while incredibly important, CAN be learned concurrently with practical application. Most students can learn both simultaneously without confusion following my methods.

Be aware this man steals gear from his local music store where he worked as a tech and got fired. He also preys on vulnerable women
Fern is very knowledgeable in many areas of music, both in performance and production. He’s well versed and well experienced, and very thorough in explaining the process. Not to mention, he will be patient and walk you through everything step by step. He has a great ear for the best sound possible and I would recommend anybody to him who is willing to learn.
Great guy and gets right to the point! He helped bring song of mine to life with his professional abilities and patience. I would highly recommend him for what ever you need. Plus, his ability to put music theory and wisdom into his production is quite Astounding!
