About Spencer
I went through numerous trainers myself starting in middle school all the way through college. I never had anyone stress the importance of taking care of your body in other ways than just on the field or court. I have the experience from playing at the Division 1 level and was highly decorated as a high school athlete receiving over 40 Division 1 scholarship offers.
