About Daniel
I previously worked as an Assistant Editor (2017-19) on Bloomsbury Publishing’s scholarly history list where I helped commission books on British and global history. As a former Digital Producer (2022-23) for the British Academy, the UK’s national association for the humanities and social sciences, I produced informative content across a range of different mediums (from webpages, to social media campaigns, to newsletters, to videos, to blogs) to promote the organisation’s myriad activities within the academic disciplines it represents. Over the last few years I have been working as a professional/touring musician in Mercury-nominated band Porridge Radio. I hold an MPhil in Political Thought and Intellectual History from the University of Cambridge and a BA in History and Politics from Oxford Brookes University.
