About Wally
Originally trained as an artist, but with a life-long interest in computing. After completing my BA Hons at Liverpool Art School I completed a Computing in Art and Design MA at Middlesex University. Afterwards I stayed on at the University as Artist in Residence and part-time lecturer, teaching art students and computer science students at Bachelors and Masters levels. I have also worked in multimedia industry as a programmer.

I believe very much in the value of one-to-one teaching. I am experienced in teaching students from all backgrounds, to some of whom the style of thinking involved in programming may be unfamiliar, to explore a variety of approaches to achieving their goals. This can be a very rewarding experience for all.
