About Fidelis Emeka
I’m Fidelis Emeka, a former college and semi-professional soccer player with experience coaching at the collegiate level. Soccer has given me the opportunity to compete at a high level, attend trials, coach developing players, and help athletes prepare for the next stage of their careers.
As a coach, I believe player development goes beyond running drills. I focus on creating a positive, professional environment where players can build their technical ability, physical qualities, confidence, decision-making, and understanding of the game.
Every player has different goals. Whether you are preparing for school tryouts, competing for more playing time, developing your position, or working toward playing at the college level, my job is to understand where you are now and help you build toward where you want to be.
Through AG2G Futbol, I bring my playing and coaching experience together with a simple philosophy: Building for the Next Level.

My approach to soccer training is centered around one idea: every player is different, so every player should train with purpose.
I start by assessing each player’s strengths, weaknesses, position, confidence, and goals. From there, I create individualized sessions designed around what that player actually needs to improve rather than simply running through the same drills with everyone.
A typical session combines technical development, physical development, position-specific work, and game-realistic situations. Depending on the player, we may work on first touch, ball control, passing, dribbling, finishing, speed and agility, fitness, decision-making, confidence, or positional awareness.
What sets me apart is my experience as both a player and coach. I have competed at the college and semi-professional levels and have also coached college soccer, giving me experience seeing development from both sides. I focus on helping players understand not only how to perform a skill, but when and why to use it in a game.
My training follows the AG2G Futbol development philosophy: Assess. Develop. Apply. Advance. The goal is to identify where you are, build the areas you need, apply them to real-game situations, and continue progressing toward your next level.
These sessions are designed for youth, middle school, high school, and competitive players who want individualized attention and are serious about improving their game.
