My method is similar to French boxing, with hiit (short working time, exemple 10 seconds, then 15 seconds of rest; to repeat)
It is a method which has proved its worth and which makes it possible to really progress in cardio capacity, endurance, speed, explosiveness. Complete and allowing to burn a lot of calories.
The classes are organized as follows:
-Warm-up (articular / muscular)
-Interaction type physical work
-Muscular strengthening and stretching
-Relaxation possible and end of session
Classes are healthy and respectful of the body, to avoid injuries. They are also fun and challenging, for fun and long-term progress.
