About Kevin
I spent several years as a Training Lead at Apple, where I taught new employees how to support customers and troubleshoot everything from basic device setup to more complicated issues. Since then, I've run my own IT consulting business, helping everyday people and small businesses make sense of their technology without the confusion or frustration that usually comes with it.
I'm currently working toward a degree in Education, since teaching and helping people learn new things has always been the part of my career I've enjoyed most. I'm patient, easygoing, and genuinely good at explaining things clearly without making anyone feel silly for asking. Whether you've never touched an Apple device before or just want to feel more confident using the one you already have, I'm happy to meet you exactly where you are and go at your pace.

I spent years training new Apple employees and customers, so I know how confusing tech can feel when nobody explains it in plain language. My approach is simple: no jargon, no rushing, and we go at whatever pace actually works for you.
A typical session starts with figuring out exactly what's frustrating you or what you want to learn, whether that's texting, photos, email, or just feeling more confident using your phone or computer day to day. From there, we work hands-on with your actual device, practicing the same steps together until they stick, and I'll leave you with simple notes or reminders for anything we cover.
What sets me apart is real Apple training experience, not just general tech knowledge. I'm patient, easygoing, and happy to repeat things as many times as needed. These lessons are especially great for seniors, beginners, or anyone who's ever felt embarrassed asking a "simple" question about their iPhone, iPad, or Mac. There's no such thing as a silly question here.
