About Alura

The way we move our bodies is ours to cultivate, so let's do it together. What I want to give to you, is an experience that is more than you just following what I do. I want you to receive what I present to you in a way that works for your body and your comfort. No conforming. You are you for a reason, so let's embrace that reason.

About the lesson

All are welcome to experience a session with me. These sessions will consistently begin with mind-body centering and channeling breath with movement. Each class will be tailored to each students goal for the day, but the intention for each session is progression, never perfection. Whether it be a stretch, yoga, choreographed or meditative session, all movement choices will be honored.

A forever student of movement who wants to share all she's learned.
