About Talia
Hey there! I hope you are having a great day! My name is Talia Mechli, graduated from a Canadian High School and I am currently attending the Forensic Science program at UofT! I love learning, but I have to admit, I could not have done it on my own. Sometimes, I needed someone else or something else to explain a concept to me, but when I fully understood a concept, nothing was hard! I also tutored at my High School a lot, so I am very familiar with the curriculum! - Teach through profound explanations, visuals, example problems
- Typical lesson plan would begin with explanations, myself doing an example question, and leaving room for questions between any of those for comments/concerns for the student. After all the lessons, I let the student try example questions, and ensure a tricky one is included to just test their thinking.
- I teach quite slowly, because I want students to fully grasp what is being said and explained.
- My lessons are for High School students grades 10-12 in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English and Math
