About Thahnan
I’m Thahnan Sharaf, a Commerce educator and AI trainer passionate about helping students learn more effectively with the help of technology.
With experience in teaching and a strong interest in educational technology, I focus on making learning simple, practical, and engaging. I believe AI should not replace a student’s thinking or creativity; it should help students ask better questions, understand difficult concepts, explore ideas, and become more independent learners.
I conduct practical sessions on AI for Students, introducing learners to useful AI tools and showing them how to apply these tools in their everyday studies. My sessions include live demonstrations, hands-on activities, prompt-writing techniques, research methods, note-making, presentations, revision, and productivity strategies.
I have also conducted an “AI for Students: Study Smarter, Not Harder” session where students explored a range of AI tools across different learning categories through practical demonstrations.
As a teacher, I believe in creating a comfortable environment where students can ask questions, experiment with new tools, and learn at their own pace. I also emphasize responsible AI use, fact-checking, academic integrity, and independent thinking.
My aim is not simply to teach students which AI tools to use, but to teach them how to use AI intelligently, responsibly, and effectively for learning.

AI for Students: Learn Smart, Not Hard
AI is becoming an important part of modern education, but knowing how to use AI effectively is very different from simply knowing how to ask ChatGPT a question. My classes focus on helping students use AI as a learning partner to understand concepts, study smarter, research effectively, create better presentations, revise efficiently, and improve productivity.
My teaching approach is practical, interactive, and student-friendly. I explain concepts in simple language and demonstrate AI tools through real study-related examples. Students learn by doing, not just by watching.
A typical class includes:
• Understanding the concept or problem
• Live demonstration of relevant AI tools
• Guided hands-on practice
• Real-world study applications
• Tips for writing effective prompts
• Interactive activities, questions and mini challenges
• Discussion on responsible and ethical use of AI
I introduce students to useful AI tools for research, writing, note-making, presentations, revision, productivity, quizzes, and learning. Rather than encouraging students to depend on AI for ready-made answers, I teach them how to think, question, verify and learn with AI.
The classes are suitable for school students, higher-secondary students, college students, and learners who want to develop practical AI skills for education.
My goal is simple: help students become confident, responsible, and smarter users of AI without allowing AI to replace their own thinking and creativity.
