Hi! I’m a warm and friendly teacher from India. I love working with children and helping them learn yoga, Sanskrit shlokas, and mantras in a simple and fun way. I teach in English and Hindi, with clear explanations and focus on correct pronunciation and meaning. Even if your child is new to yoga or chanting, I guide them gently with patience and care. I’m available after 9 PM IST — perfect for students in the USA, UK, and Middle East. Let’s make learning peaceful and joyful!

Welcome to my online Yoga and Sanskrit Mantra class!
In this class, we will:
Practice gentle yoga postures to improve flexibility, focus, and calmness.
Learn simple Sanskrit shlokas and mantras like Gayatri Mantra, Saraswati Vandana, and others.
Understand the meaning of each mantra to build spiritual connection.
Use breathing techniques (pranayama) to reduce stress and improve concentration.
End each session with relaxation and positive thoughts.
