I am a final year student of physical medicine (physiotherapy) at the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus. I have held fitness coaching activities for more than 2 years now. I know exactly the right places and routines for maximum results.

My teaching method is first a step by step do as I do method. This entails I simplify the exercise or activity to the easiest possible level where everyone can perform it. This is then progressive, that is I can then increase the intensity based on the pace of the individual. However, I would not go on to the next lesson unless my client has well understood and performed the previous lesson
