My classes focus on improving fitness, strength, flexibility and overall well-being through simple and enjoyable exercises. I provide aerobics and muscle-strengthening sessions suitable for beginners. I also offer academic support for students, using a friendly and easy-to-understand teaching approach. Each session is planned according to the student's level and goals. I encourage students to stay consistent, active and confident while making learning enjoyable.
