About Ihotu
I am a Nutritionist with over 5 years experience in the Food and Nutrition field. I have taught home Economics, Food and Nutrition and Catering Craft practice. I have also counselled people on the right way to prepare foods and plan meals to maintain their health or to manage an underlying ailment. I have also held seminars across schools, churches to let people know the benefits of eating healthy.

My teaching methods are questioning and eclectic approach. I like to create a picture in the minds of my students and I like it when they are actively involved in the lesson. I also make it a priority to find out what they already know about a given topic before going ahead with a lesson.
