About Brandon
I am a dedicated flute tutor who loves helping students develop their musical abilities with confidence and creativity. My teaching combines mentorship, accountability, and critical thinking to guide students effectively. I focus on tone, phrasing, rhythm, and breath control while encouraging expressive musicality. I also teach music theory, sight-reading, and ear training to develop complete musicianship. Creativity is emphasised through improvisation, composition, and musical storytelling. My flute teaching approach focuses on creativity, guidance, and steady progress. I believe that music should inspire curiosity, expression, and personal growth. Accountability is a key part of my teaching—I help students stay consistent and track their progress. Lessons include tone exercises, rhythm practice, breath control, and phrasing. I also teach music theory, sight-reading, and ear training to develop complete musicianship. Creativity is encouraged through improvisation, composing, and experimenting with different styles.
