About Serena
I am a highschool graduate and lived in Taiwan for a year as an exchange student. I took Mandarin courses there as well and have a B2 level. I placed second in an International Mandarin speaking competition. And write and read in Chinese Traditional characters at an A2 level.

For beginners, I start with sentence structure, vocab, and understanding the differences between Mandarin and English. For intermediates I focus on improving fluidity of speech, comfort level, and grammar as well as proper character writing, and practice speaking coversationally and writing in Chinese.
