Hi! I’m Daria, a TEFL-certified English tutor with 4 years of experience helping students of different language proficiency levels gain confidence and fluency in English. My approach combines professional expertise, creativity, and a personal touch, so every lesson is tailored to your goals and interests. I am passionate about making learning enjoyable and immersive by choosing authentic materials for my classes and providing useful resources for self-study. My lessons focus on communication and a personal approach. During our trial lesson, I’ll assess your current level and explore your interests and goals, so we can create a meaningful lesson plan with materials tailored to your needs.
I usually start with a short warm-up before moving on to targeted practice. I use a CELTA-inspired approach, which emphasizes student-centered learning and real-life communication. Lessons are interactive and task-based, combining speaking, listening, reading, and writing practice, while I provide clear, constructive feedback to help you gain fluency and confidence in English.
My main goal is not only to help you speak and understand English confidently, but also to provide you with the tools and resources to immerse yourself fully in an English-speaking environment, both during lessons and outside of the class as well.
