My approach is organic, yet stuctured. We will always begin with a brief but essential check-in. We will go through the work that is being presented. I ask the student guiding questions, such as: what is the goal? How could we get there? We build the lesson plan together. From there, we delve into the project depending on the nature of the task; eg: write a poem, create a thesis, edit a document, create a cover letter. What I bring is a truly nutrturing experience, praising the hard work and allowing for the student to take in their achievements.
