A graduate in Sports Science (STAPS) since 2011, I have several years of experience as a personal trainer in Paris, specializing in fitness and wellness. My goal during our sessions is to work with a great sense of fun! So that staying fit is a pleasure! I'll create a personalized plan based on your needs, availability, and goals. I also pay close attention to your lifestyle and eating habits to determine together the changes that will help you maintain your ideal weight and stay in shape.
