About Nicholas
I'm a software engineer with a passion for fitness and bodybuilding. For two years, I've transformed my physique from a weak, scrawny kid to a strong, healthy body.
Along the way, I've encountered a lot of bad fitness advice, pseudoscience and ignorance of exercise science and human physiology.
Now, it's my goal to debunk myths about fitness and help ordinary people achieve their fitness goals by only doing what works.
