About SWASTHA
I am yoga Teacher since 10-12 years on behalf of Shree Ambika Yog kutir, Sakinaka,I have been awarded seva puraskar for that,I have completed Diploma in Yog and Ayurved (prambhik) in 2005 from Tilak maharashtra vidhyapeeth, pune, also I have completed 1 months Teachers Training course from Patanjali yogpeeth,I myself practice pranayam on daily basis,

We will be teaching Shudhya kriyas, asans and some pranayams according to how student pickups, we also teach sukshma kriyas to aged yog students and those who fill difficult to do other yog types. We also teach neti, Dhouti, tratak, kapalbhati and nauli to each students as per his or her preparation and capacity we also give some idea of jal basti so Shatkarma will be taught step by step.
