About Jeyda

I graduated with a First-Class law degree from the University of Manchester and received an award for achieving the highest mark in Banking Law. Law students are often told to “be more analytical” or “apply the law more closely” without being shown what that actually looks like in a strong answer. That is the gap I want to bridge. I want students to leave each lesson knowing exactly how to improve: how to identify the real issue, use authority purposefully and build a persuasive answer under time pressure. My style is friendly, focused and practical. Outside law, I enjoy running and hiking, which provides a welcome balance from academic work.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to first-year LLB students who want to improve their exam technique, legal writing and confidence with problem questions. We begin by identifying your goals and the areas holding back your marks. I then use original practice questions to teach issue spotting, answer planning, IRAC/ILAC structure, precise application of authorities and critical analysis. Sessions are interactive and focused on skills you can apply independently across your modules. You will receive clear, practical feedback and specific actions to work on after each lesson.
