About Sam
I am a first-class Psychology undergraduate at Newcastle University. I've been studying psychology since GCSE, and have been committed ever since. I have conducted a professional placement year in a neuroscience lab, during which I contributed to a longitudinal research project over 7 years in the making, and lead my own meta-analysis which I am in the process of writing and publishing. I achieve high first-class grades for coursework, essays, and exams, and have done so on topics ranging from Individual Differences to Biology and Evolution. My speciality is editing written work, which I have done for personal statements, coursework assignments, and even PhD theses. My teaching experience was honed as training officer for competitive debating at Newcastle University Debating Society.

I offer both structured teaching, and in-depth editing and/or feedback on coursework. My teaching focuses on improving grades through building essay skills and improving your understanding of psychology as a research practice using discussions, examples, short exercises, and interactive marking. My editing can be in whatever form and depth the student desires, with the option for personalised teaching to accompany it in order to improve your essays in the future. For every student, I am always aim to adapt my teaching for what they want, and what works best.
