About Ioana
My name is Ioana. I am a university student enjoying my studies and the extracurriculars at university.
I finished my A-levels 3 years ago in London. I received offers from both Cambridge and Bristol and was awarded an A* in A-level biology.
During sixth form I founded a brain science society where I did weekly presentations sharing my passion for biology and neuroscience with my fellow students. I am very enthusiastic about the subject and I have a wide range of resources I used to achieve an A*.

I teach A-level biology. My approach is teaching the subject in a comprehensible way, giving students the opportunity to discuss and ask questions. I follow the A-level biology spec, improving exam technique and consolidating memory using spaced repetition and specialised tasks.
Lessons are usually 45 min long and can be requested multiple times a week.
I have done tutoring in the past teaching English as a second language and A-level Biology. I am currently studying neuroscience at the University of Bristol.
